State Trigger Warranty Policy

At State Trigger, we take pride in delivering high-performance firearm components built to the highest standards of quality and durability. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of receipt, covering defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Covered:

✔ Manufacturing defects (e.g., material flaws, machining errors)
✔ Functional failures under normal use
✔ Damages occurring during shipping (must be reported immediately)

What’s Not Covered:

✖ Modifications, misuse, or improper installation
✖ Wear and tear from regular use
✖ Unauthorized repairs or aftermarket alterations
✖ Purchases from unauthorized dealers

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your product.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

  3. Include photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).

  4. We’ll evaluate your claim and provide repair, replacement, or refund options.

Important Notes:

  • Manufacturer return policies take precedence over State Trigger’s policy where applicable.

  • Shipping costs for warranty returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

  • This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
